Thanksgiving Special: Giants & Packers Win, SB 57 Rematch, and Side Rankings

Happy Thanksgiving! The Giants and Packers both win in the same week for the first time this season. However, each win means something different for these two teams who aren't quite "there" yet. The Decleated Duo recap the Super Bowl LVII rematch between the Eagles and Chiefs, which definitely lived up to the hype. Seamus gets animated about the rebuild going on down in Carolina, but John plays devil's advocate. Finally, the pair reveal their Top 3 Thanksgiving side dishes of all time

First Time For Everything: QB Questions, Wild QB Performances & Potential 1st Time Super Bowl Winners

After Seamus recaps a Packer game in which Matt LaFleur seemed to have listened to his advice, John comes to terms with the fact that the Giants 2023 season is over. With DJ out, the duo discuss some interesting alternatives at quarterback for the Giants to potentially finish the year with. They also look around the league to two of the most remarkable quarterback performances of the season so far. The duo make their picks for which Super Bowl-less team has the best chance to win it all this year! An eventful Halloween for the Decleated Duo as October 31st also marked the NFL trade deadline and the first CFB Playoff rankings of the season.  After discussing some scary offensive performances from their teams and a not-so-great Week 8 slate, John and Seamus make their picks for a drastically better slate of NFL games in Week 9. Halloweekend starts off with a fittingly uncharacteristic Friday upload for the Decleated Duo, who begin by discussing how their respective teams have seemingly switched roles. The Giants are showing signs of life with Tyrod Taylor at the helm, while the Packers have let a couple bad games turn into a serious slide. Seamus switches it up with a fun thought exercise about Kirk Cousins' potential destinations for 2024. Meanwhile, John is curious about the Browns' QB situation. Finally, John and Seamus look ahead to a not so impressive slate of week 8 games in the NFL.

GOTY Candidates: NFL Week 6 Recap, Great Games and Big Upsets

While the Packers are on their bye week, John and Seamus focus on the Giants’ close loss to the Bills on Sunday Night Football, and its potential implications for the rest of the Gmen’s season and beyond. Seamus discusses the bitter sweet feeling of Notre Dame’s beat down of #10 USC. And for the second time this season, the duo discuss a college football Game of the Year (GOTY) candidate in the Washington Huskies’ last second victory over John’s Oregon Ducks.
